The hotel was brand new and the room was a good size, nicely furnished, and had heating and a balcony. The staff was always helpful and the location was particularly good for traveling around Nis, near a cruise ship, and the main historical attractions.

The room we had included a safe box, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a mini-fridge-bar.

Fairly clean, small hotel with good location in Nis airport. Amicable staff members, reasonably spacious rooms with the heating, a balcony. Eggs, sausages and cheese in the morning.

Nothing everything was great.

The hotel location is convenient to explore the city and only a short distance away from the center. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the rooms are comfortable and clean with curtains that can block out the sun. The rooms have ample table space and enough electrical outlets to charge your devices. The bathrooms are spacious with mini-shampoos and soaps provided. Breakfast is decent, offering a variety of food options, including hot food, ham, and cheese.

The hotel has no elevator, so those with mobility issues should check room location beforehand.

The bed was really comfortable, and the shower was great. The location was also very convenient for my trip as it was close to my business meeting and some good restaurants. I also liked having access to the rooftop terrace with a beautiful view.

It seemed like there was no sound insulation between the rooms or the hallway, which made it really hard to focus on my work. At times, I could hear Serbian music playing from the TV which was right outside my door, and the noise from the street was also quite loud.

The spaciousness made me feel at ease, and the bathroom was practical and well-equipped with toiletries. The beds were comfortable and provided a restful night's sleep. I also appreciated the large table space and multiple electrical outlets, made charging my electronic devices convenient. The thick curtains were able to block out all the sunlight, allowing me to sleep in peacefully. the hotel's location was ideal, being just a short 10-minute walk from the city center and the fortress.

The hotel was in a great location, just a short walk away from the city center. I also liked the complimentary Christmas treats that were left in our room. there were some nice local shops and cafes nearby that we enjoyed visiting.

Our room was quite small and cramped, which made it difficult to move around comfortably.

Situated on a quiet street, it offers tranquility while being just a short walk away from the city center. Lastly, the rooms with their small terraces are an added bonus. Being able to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or unwind in the evening while taking in the views is absolutely great.

There was just one minor inconvenience, but nothing major.
